Mirror Ball Island is throwing the biggest dance party the East Blue has ever seen, and outlaw hypnotist Jango slips into the crowd to enjoy it. Then a Marine captain spots him. Luffy and his Straw Hat crew are just passing through when the hypnotism hits them too. Now their legs won't stop moving, the music won't stop playing, and nobody is in any shape to fight or sail away. Jango's getaway should be easy with the whole island stuck dancing. But how long can one hypnotist keep a party going before his own feet give out?
