A stray bolt of lightning comes down from the sky, and it misses every tree, every umbrella, every unlucky pigeon. It hits Tooya instead. Next thing he knows, he is standing before God, very dead, while the Almighty shuffles his feet and mumbles something close to an apology. The compensation package is generous, to be fair: a new life in a world full of magic. Tooya thinks it over and asks for one thing only. His phone. He wakes up in a place he has never seen, and the phone still has a signal. There is a map of the new world already loaded, and somewhere in his contacts sits a number labeled with God's name. As if that were not enough, his body now moves faster than it should, and magic answers when he calls. Two hours in, he stumbles on a pair of twins being cornered by a monster. So much for a quiet start. More girls keep appearing after that: a noble, a quiet one, a swordswoman, each with her own reasons to stay close, and Tooya has no idea what to do with any of it. Swords and spells turn out to be the simple part. The phone, it seems, can do things nobody in this world has ever imagined, and that is exactly what worries him. What happens when the wrong person finds out what he is carrying?
