Chiharu can punch a meteorite into dust, Makina has a metal skull full of calculations. Both of them are terrible drivers. One reckless spin through open space, and a judge hands them a mop: scrub the Milky☆Subway, an ancient interplanetary train that has not moved in years. Fine. Boring, but fine. Then the floor shudders. The train peels off the platform with a jolt that throws them down the aisle, and nobody is at the controls. No route, no brakes they understand, no plan at all. Just a runaway express screaming past planets while the two of them bounce off the walls, argue, and try to figure out how a cleaning job turned into this. They wanted to pay off a sentence. Now they are riding a metal bullet through the dark with sparks coming off the rails and no clue where it stops. Can two women who got arrested for flying too fast really keep a train from flying even faster?
