Seiji Sawamura has a right hand that scares the whole school. They call him the Mad Dog, and nobody wants to be anywhere near that punch. So when twenty girls turn him down in a row, he laughs it off and says fine, he will just date his right hand until graduation. It is a joke. Mostly. Then he wakes up one morning and his right hand is a tiny girl. Her name is Midori Kasugano, she fits in his palm, and she says she has been in love with him for three whole years. Try explaining that to anyone. A trip to her house goes so wrong so fast that the two of them agree to keep the whole thing secret until they figure out how to undo it. So now the toughest guy in school has to hide a girl in his sleeve, eat with her, write with her, and somehow keep his reputation while she watches everything he does. He wants his normal hand back. She wants a chance she never got. Can two people share one body long enough to fix this, or is Seiji stuck with the only girlfriend who literally cannot let go of him?
