Hybrid Child

DramaSci-FiYaoi2014Studio DeenRating 7,513+HD

A craftsman named Kuroda builds artificial children. Not machines, not dolls. They grow and learn to feel only when someone loves them enough. Young Kotarou Izumi, heir to a noble family, finds one tossed out with the garbage and carries it home. He names it Hazuki. His relatives are horrified. They keep trying to get rid of the thing behind his back, and every time Kotarou brings it back, something between them pulls tighter. Then ten years slip by, and the truth lands on them like a stone: a Hybrid Child may not live forever. Three stories run through this. A swordsman named Seya, half broken, learns to love again through Yuzu, the Hybrid Child at his side. And Kuroda himself, the maker of these creatures, whose own lost love is the reason any of them exist at all. Kotarou has to grow up fast now. What do you do when the person you raised, the person who exists because you loved them, starts running out of time?
