Hetalia Axis Powers
Germany just wanted a reliable partner. What he got was North Italy, a descendant of Ancient Rome who cries at the sight of a rifle, naps through meetings, and would trade a whole battalion for a plate of pasta. Then there's Japan, steady and practical, except for the obsessions that leave everyone scratching their heads. Germany looks at his two allies and quietly wonders if he drew the worst hand in history. Then the Allied Forces show up. America, England, France, Russia, all of them ready to crush the Axis. One problem: they can't stand each other long enough to agree on lunch, let alone a battle plan. Centuries of grudges don't disappear just because there's a war on. So the nations bicker, form alliances over wedding ceremonies, break them with divorces, and treat actual combat like a school hiking trip. Somehow World War I and II become a comedy routine. Can Germany ever whip this circus into an actual fighting force?
