Slice of Life2007ShaftRating 7,513+HD

Yuno has dreamed about Yamabuki Arts High School for years. Getting in means packing up and leaving home for the first time, which is exciting right up until it is terrifying. The dorm they stick her in is called Hidamari Apartments, and it is nothing like a campus building. Cracked walls, tiny rooms, and neighbors who are already arguing in the hallway. Then she meets them. Miyako, who never sits still, whose room is a disaster zone you would not wish on anyone, and who somehow becomes the person Yuno talks to about everything. Upstairs live Hiro and Sae, second years playing at being responsible big sisters, and mostly pulling it off. Weird landlord, a teacher obsessed with cosplay, a principal who cannot stop shaking. Art school, it turns out, is full of oddballs. Between classes and cheap snacks and nights when nobody wants to go to bed, the four of them drift into something that is not quite family but works just as well. So what happens when a girl who has never lived on her own suddenly has three people knocking on her door every single day?
