HeatGuy J
Claire Leonelli inherits the Vampire mafia crew after his father dies, and suddenly half of Judoh belongs to him. The city's answer to that? A broke, understaffed division tucked inside the Bureau of Urban Safety, running on fumes and stubbornness. Meet Daisuke Aurora, a young special services officer who chases down criminals in a city that barely funds his unit. Here's the catch. Daisuke doesn't work alone. His partner is J, a super android who hits like a truck and walks around a metropolis where androids are flat out banned. Nobody is supposed to know what J really is, which makes every case a little more complicated than the last. Claire wants room to breathe. Daisuke and J keep taking it away. So it's a mob heir with a fresh empire against a cop and his secret machine, in a city caught in the middle. With crime getting squeezed from both sides, how long before someone figures out exactly what Daisuke is hiding?
