Bayside City rises in 2100 as Japan's biggest international port. Takako, once a cop, quits the force and starts Angel Arms, a private outfit that fights terrorists in armed security suits. Then the mayor gets shot, and suddenly the women of Angel Arms are guarding Hassan, a crime lord they would normally take down, because the intel he holds could crack a global terror network wide open.
