The oceans are choking on pollution and the world is running out of everything, so the International Scientific Organization is born to fix it. Clean air, clean water, a planet that can breathe again. Nice plan. Then a criminal syndicate called Gallactor decides the whole operation would look better under new management, and their boss is not even from this planet. Generalissimo X speaks from somewhere in deep space, and down on Earth a masked commander named Berg Katse carries out the orders, sending robot monsters wherever the ISO tries to do some good. Five young recruits are the only answer Dr. Nambu has. Ken leads as the Eagle, Joe charges in as the Condor, Jun is the Swan, little Jinpei the Swallow, and Ryu the Horned Owl. Bird suits, personal science weapons, and one shared aircraft called the Phoenix that can turn itself into a burning arrow and punch through just about anything. They stay on standby around the clock, waiting for the next strike. But can five kids in bird costumes really stop an invasion that has already reached the top of the organization they work for?
