Kei and Yuri work for the 3WA, a future outfit that sends them out as Trouble Consultants. Officially they are the Lovely Angels. Nobody calls them that. Across the galaxy the two women are known as the Dirty Pair, and the nickname stuck for a reason: they close every case they touch. The twist is what closing a case costs. Buildings come down. Ships get wrecked. Some city block that was perfectly fine an hour ago is now a smoking hole in the ground, and the two of them walk away from it like nothing happened, bickering the whole way back to the office. Their success rate is flawless. Their manners are not. So the job keeps coming, because the 3WA needs problems gone and these two always deliver, even if the invoice for the damage runs longer than the report. Chaos follows them from planet to planet, and they treat it as background noise. Can you really call it a win when the cure looks a lot like the disaster?
