The cyborgs thought they were done fighting. They scattered across the globe, living quiet lives far from Black Ghost. Then the screaming starts. A dinosaur-like creature stalks cities and tears them apart with sound waves, and Dr. Gilmore knows exactly who is behind it. He calls the team back together. Joe Shimamura takes the lead, and a woman named Helena joins them, saying the monster killed her family. She says it, anyway. Their sub, the Dolphin, is built to counter those sound attacks, so the cyborgs dive after the creature and whatever new lair Black Ghost is hiding in. But something about Helena does not sit right. Why does she know so much about an enemy they are only just starting to understand?
