Best Student Council

Gokujou Seitokai · 極上生徒会
Comedy2005J.C.StaffRating 7,013+HD

Rino Randou talks to a puppet on her hand. That is the first thing anyone notices about her. The second is that her head seems mostly full of air. So when she gets into the famous Gokujou girls' school, fine, rich kids get in all the time. But then the student council scoops her up. Not a normal club. This one runs businesses, throws its weight around, and probably has more pull than most corporations. Here is the strange part. The other council members are sharp, talented, and they actually like having her around. Rino makes friends fast. She also causes chaos wherever she goes, and nobody bothers to explain why she was chosen in the first place. Not her, not the puppet, not the girls running the whole operation. So what does a girl with zero obvious skills bring to a group that basically owns the school? And who decided she belonged there?
