Sirens came out of nowhere, wrecking ships at sea with tech nobody could match. For once, four nations teamed up: Eagle Union, Royal Navy, Sakura Empire, Iron Blood. They called it Azur Lane. It worked. Then the arguments started. Sakura and Iron Blood walked out, formed the Red Axis, and humanity was right back to fighting itself. Enterprise carries Azur Lane on her back. The Grey Ghost, they call her, the one who never breaks. Except she does. Underneath it all she is scared of the water, and the only thing keeping her going is the idea that fighting is all she was made for. Meanwhile Javelin, Laffey and Unicorn find Ayanami, a Red Axis spy, and instead of turning her in, they try to make friends. It goes badly. They keep trying anyway. Two sides, one enemy, and a bunch of girls who cannot decide who to shoot first. Can they patch things up before the Sirens finish what they started?
