Touya Fujii is just trying to get through college. Classes, a part time job to cover tuition, and whatever time is left over goes to his girlfriend Yuki. Except there is barely any time left over lately. Yuki is climbing fast as an idol singer, booking TV interviews and turning heads everywhere she goes. Then the twist: the higher she rises, the more rivals start circling, and the idol business turns out to be a lot meaner than it looks from the outside. Veteran star Rina Ogata has her eyes on Yuki too, and not everyone cheering her on actually wants her to win. So Touya watches his girlfriend shine on screen while he sits alone in his apartment. At university he keeps running into other girls, classmates, coworkers, women who actually have time for him. Nothing dramatic at first, just conversations, coffee, small moments. But the distance between him and Yuki keeps growing, and the people around him keep getting closer. Can a normal guy and a rising idol really make it work, or is one of them going to break first?
