Five years after the Tokyo Olympics were cancelled by a terrorist attack, a UN international school sits on the old Olympic site by Tokyo Bay. Seven students there look ordinary enough. They are not. The Flowers carry powers nobody else has, and those student IDs are just cover for a UN intelligence unit. Then the real job shows up: kill other teenagers who can do what they can. The catch is simple and awful. Their handlers hold their families, so there is no room for a failed mission. Mess up once and everyone they love dies with them. Anthea Callenberg has drilled herself into a perfect killer, and somewhere along the way she starts asking who she actually is underneath all that training. So what does a girl do when the only way to keep her family breathing is to become the thing she was built to be?
