The Seven Deadly Sins Theater

Gekidan Nanatsu no Taizai · 劇団七つの大罪
ComedyFantasy2020Studio DeenRating 5,713+HD

The cast of Seven Deadly Sins ditches the holy war for something far sillier: six short episodes, one fairy tale each, all of them lovingly wrecked. The Little Match Girl lights her matches. Urashima Tarou takes his trip under the sea. A crane repays a kindness, a woodcutter swears he is being honest, and Momotarou sets off with his peach and his animal friends. Snow White wanders into her scary adventure too. Then the twist lands. These are not the stories you remember. The sins barge in, and every tale bends around whoever happens to be on screen, which means the sweet ones turn strange and the strange ones turn ridiculous. Nobody is safe. Not the crane, not the matches, not the peach. Each short dropped daily on the official YouTube and Twitter accounts, so the whole thing unfolded one tiny disaster at a time. Six fairy tales, six chances for the sins to ruin something beloved. The question is not whether they wreck the ending. It is which one of them does it first.
