The Cosmopolitan Prayers
Koto just wanted to cosplay. Instead she walked straight into a ritual, and now the Sun Goddess Amaterasu is locked away and Koto is stuck in some other world with no way home. People are gone. Black towers have sprouted across the land, each one a seal guarded by monsters, and Koto is wearing a magical girl bracelet she never asked for. Princess Takitsu shows up with the bad news: smash every tower, and maybe the world goes back to normal. That is the whole plan. Easy to say when you are not the one dodging claws in a costume. So Koto joins the priestesses who fight this place's monsters, and every battle takes her further from the life she left behind. Does she even want to go back to the way things were, or has she already become someone else?
