Honey turns sixteen and heads out to see her dad. Normal birthday stuff. Instead he stumbles toward her, bleeding, with a pack of thugs and something much worse right behind him. A detective named Seiji jumps in and pulls them both out of the fire, but the monster still gets its claws on her father and drags him off. She runs home. The place is a wreck, smashed to pieces. Then a stranger shows up, good looking, calm, and hands her a device that lets her become someone else entirely. Several someones, actually. Turns out she can shift into all kinds of forms, and every one of them hits hard enough to go after the crew that took her dad. The whole thing traces back to Panther Zora, which is the part nobody explains fast. So now she has the power, a detective who keeps appearing when things go bad, and no idea where her father is being held. What does a sixteen year old do when the only family she has left is somewhere behind enemy lines?
