Masayoshi Hazama is a famous model by day. By night he puts on a costume and calls himself Samurai Flamenco, and honestly, his idea of crime fighting starts small: kids loitering, someone dropping a wrapper on the street. No powers. No training. Just a man who watched too many superhero shows as a kid and took the slogans way too seriously. Then a cop named Hidenori Gotou finds out who he is. Gotou tells him to knock it off, leave the real work to the police. So of course the two of them end up patrolling together, and the petty stuff they started with stops being petty. Litter turns into something much bigger, and the two of them pick up allies along the way, guys who get dragged into fights that keep growing until the whole world is somehow on the line. Along the way there is plenty of joy, plenty of pain, and a few small tragedies nobody saw coming. Masayoshi and Gotou keep asking themselves the same thing: what does it actually take to be a hero these days? Powers or no powers, can two ordinary guys really pull it off?
