Demons are back in Tokyo, and the Imperial Fighting Troupe gets the call again. Same girls, same steam powered armor, same job they have done a hundred times. Then the Douglas-Stewart Company rolls out a new fighting machine, sleeker and stronger than anything the Flower Division has, and suddenly everyone in charge is talking about a future without them. The brass parks the whole unit on indefinite stand-by, which is a polite way of saying thanks for everything, we will take it from here. That is when the girls notice the disappearances. One teammate gone, then another, and nobody upstairs seems to care. Sitting on the sidelines with their hands tied, they start pulling at the loose thread anyway. A company selling miracles, a squad quietly losing its own people, and a city that thinks it no longer needs them. So what do you do when the outfit that raised you gets shelved, your friends keep vanishing, and the only weapons left are the ones they have already written off?
