Rock Is a Lady's Modesty
Lilisa Suzunomiya gets a new father, a real estate mogul, and a new school full of rich girls. Oushin Girls' Academy hands out the title of Noble Maiden to a chosen few, and Lilisa, who grew up ordinary, wants that title badly. One problem. She plays guitar, the way her real dad taught her, and that has to go. So she buries it. Uniform straight, voice soft, no rock, ever. Then a pick falls out of a classmate's bag in the hallway. The classmate is Otoha Kurogane, top of the whole school and daughter of a politician. Lilisa tries to hand it back and walks straight into a drum kit, an abandoned music room, and Otoha going absolutely wild on it. Neither of them says a word at first. They just stare. Now they meet there every day after class, guitar and drums, loud enough to shake the dust off the windows, and every morning they put the rich girl masks back on. It works. Until it doesn't. How long can two girls keep a secret that loud?
