A king once pulled a sword from a stone, and the burst of power that followed cracked the world into countless parallel versions of itself. Every one of those worlds got its own Arthur. Every Arthur got his own Excalibur. Fine, until the universes started bleeding into each other and the sacred blades began piling up in the same place, warping time itself. Six Arthurs get pulled together for the cleanup: Danchou, Renkin, Kakka, Yamaneko, Tekken, and Rurou. Their mission is simple to say out loud and insane to actually do. Destroy every Excalibur that spilled into the past. One million of them. The first Arthur, the one in charge, tried going it alone and quickly learned that no single chosen hero was ever going to be enough. So now it is a squad of chosen heroes, swords against swords, in a fight where the enemy is basically themselves. Some of them barely get along. Some swing first and ask questions never. And the blades they are supposed to break are not exactly sitting still. With a million Excaliburs out there and time already falling apart, what happens when the six of them finally have to decide which Arthur gets to be the real one?
