Kashou Minazuki finally left home to chase the one thing he actually wanted: his own pastry shop. The boxes were barely open. The ovens still smelled new. Then he found Chocola and Vanilla curled up inside his luggage, two catgirl twins who were never supposed to make the trip. His sister Shigure, who adores cats and her little brother in equal measure, had watched the pair mope around the house missing him and simply mailed them to his doorstep. Problem solved, as far as she was concerned. So now he has a shop that isn't even running yet, zero staff, and two very determined catgirls who refuse to go back. Chocola bounces off the walls. Vanilla watches him with those quiet eyes and says almost nothing, which is somehow worse. He could send them home. He should send them home. But every time he tries to picture La Soleil without them padding around behind the counter, the picture falls apart, and the paperwork doesn't get any shorter either. With Shigure cheering him on and the twins refusing to budge, Kashou starts to wonder if the help he never asked for is the help he can't open without. Can a patisserie built for one really become something bigger?
