Level E

Yukitaka Tsutsui just wants to play baseball. He's a Tokyo kid heading to Yamagata on a scholarship, and the whole town is buzzing about the hotshot pitcher moving in. He opens the door to his new apartment and finds a guy in his clothes, casually flipping through a book like he pays rent. The stranger says he's an alien. He's also the crown prince of the planet Dogra, and no, he has nowhere else to go. Here's the thing. Earth is already crawling with aliens. Hundreds of species live among humans, some just visiting, some hiding out, some up to no good. People have no idea. Galactic law keeps it that way, and even saying hello to a human is a crime. Which means the prince's little crash landing is a problem nobody can report. Worse, he's an idiot. A genius, sure, but the kind of genius who runs pointless experiments on his own crew, hands superpowers to random kids, and treats everyone around him like toys. Yukitaka's quiet high school life is over before his first practice. Can anyone actually stop a royal who answers to nobody?
