Episode 4 · Kämpfer

Kämpfer

Natsuru has it bad for Sakura, the prettiest girl in school, and he is nobody. So when she gives him a stuffed tiger and a bracelet, he puts it on without thinking twice. Big mistake. Now he wakes up as a girl, and the tiger talks. Turns out the bracelet makes him a Kampfer, a fighter who can only brawl in female form. His school splits boys and girls into separate buildings, so he is enrolled in both. His childhood friend is into his new body. Other Kampfers roam the halls with swords and guns, and he cannot tell who wants a date and who wants him dead. Sakura finally notices him too, except it is the girl version she cannot stop staring at. Can Natsuru win her heart as himself, or is he stuck fighting for a girl who only sees the stranger in the mirror?
