Tomoki Sakurai wakes up crying almost every morning. Same dream, same angel, since he was a kid, and he never gets to see how it ends. His childhood friend Sohara finally drags him to Eishirou Sugata, the school's resident sky obsessive, who listens for two minutes and decides the dream is a message from the New World: a floating thing in the sky that scientists still can't explain. So Sugata does what any reasonable person would do and starts a club. Observation day, cherry trees, everyone waiting. Then something falls out of the sky. It's a girl. She looks at Tomoki and calls him master. Now there's a club to run, more Angeloids dropping in from somewhere above the clouds, and quiet mornings are officially over. Tomoki still has that dream, though. So what exactly is waiting for him up there, and why won't it let him sleep?
