A man in dark glasses takes a seat across from you. No handshake. No small talk. He just listens to the job, names his price, and walks out. His rifle is a custom M16, and the shot he takes is the only one you get. Call him Duke Togo or Tadashi Togo or any of the other names he burns through, it changes nothing. The FBI, the KGB, whole governments with satellites and spies: none of them have ever figured out who he really is or where he came from. They only agree on one thing. The man is good. Scary good. Then comes the part nobody expects. He does not care who signs the check. Any agency, any country, any target.
