Episode 8 · Flag

Flag

A civil war tears through a small Asian country. UN troops can't stop it. Then a photo changes everything. A young camerawoman named Saeko Shirasu snaps a flag on the battlefield, and that one image turns into a symbol people rally around, pushing both sides toward peace. Then the flag gets stolen. An armed extremist group grabs it right before the agreement is signed, betting the truce dies without its symbol. The UN sends in the Special Development Command and its High Agility Versatile Weapon Carriers, and they bring Saeko along to document the whole operation. So the woman who took the picture now has to ride with soldiers and machines to get her flag back. Can a camera really fix what guns broke?
