Juu Juuzawa keeps to himself. He is big, he hits hard, and he answers to nobody, which makes him a legend in the hallways and a headache for everyone else. Then Ame Ochibana walks up and announces they were bound together in a past life. She wants to be his servant. She even promises to stay by his side after death. He tells her to get lost. She does not. Then a classmate turns up dead. Juu stops pushing Ame away and starts watching her instead, because a girl who talks like that could easily be the one holding the knife. Her mind turns out to be sharper than his fists. Together they start pulling at the murder, and the town outside the school gates is not helping: someone is killing young women, photographing the bodies, and posting the pictures online. So which one is the real threat. The strange girl who swears she has loved him for centuries, or the man with a camera who has already started choosing his next face?
