Goku is flying to West City for Bulma's birthday party. Cake, friends, the whole thing. But the road below him has other plans, and this kid who can level mountains suddenly has to figure out something much harder: how to cross a street without getting flattened by a truck. Then he swaps the sky for a fire station. Goku and the gang put on the gear and ride out with the brigade, showing kids what to do when a stove catches or a match gets too close. Two shorts, both made to teach children, both with a Super Saiyan playing safety instructor. The lessons stick because Goku is the one learning them: he stands at the curb, he checks the signal, he listens to the rules like any other kid on the way to a party. But what happens when the strongest fighter alive meets a rule he cannot punch his way out of?
