Dragon Ball GT
Emperor Pilaf has spent years chasing the Black Star Dragon Balls, and now they are finally in his hands. Twice as powerful as the ordinary ones, they could hand him the whole planet. He is seconds away from making that wish when Goku shows up out of nowhere and ruins everything. Pilaf panics, blurts out the wrong words, and just like that, Goku is a kid again, small enough to need a boost to reach the top shelf. Then comes the part nobody saw coming. The Black Star balls scatter across the galaxy, and if they are not all brought back within a year, the Earth blows up. So Goku teams up with his granddaughter Pan and a grown up Trunks and heads into space to track them down. While those three are out there chasing balls across strange planets, the rest of the heroes are back home, living in peace and training, with no idea how bad things are about to get. What did Pilaf actually wish for in that moment of panic, and how many years of quiet has Goku just left behind?
