In Yokohama, the city of detectives, things have gone quiet. Phantom thieves still pull jobs, detectives still chase them, but lately it is all paperwork and small stuff. Then a new crew called the Colorful Phantoms shows up, and nobody likes how they work. Two Holmes Academy students, Alice and Kazumi, watch the thefts pile up and decide it is time to stop being fans. With a few words from their idols Milky Holmes, they start their own unit: Feathers. Can two rookies really take on a whole new gang of thieves?
