Bullbuster
Tetsurou Okino built a robot with his own hands. Now he hauls it to Hato Industries, a tiny pest control outfit running on fumes and stubbornness, where the president Tajima counts every yen before he signs off on anything. The job sounds simple enough: kill the giant things that keep showing up. Then the things stop acting like ordinary pests. Something out there is smarter, stranger than anything the extermination crews were trained for, and suddenly the little company with the beat up truck is standing between it and everyone else. Fuel for the robot costs money. The pilot's wages cost money. One wasted bullet is a fight with the accountant, and the creature does not care about any of that. So how do you save the world when the invoice is due on Friday?
