You Satou is broke, and broke means hungry. Then he spots them at the supermarket: bento boxes, half price, and a crowd of ordinary shoppers closing in. Except the moment the discount stickers go on, the shoppers vanish. What is left is something closer to a pack of animals, and the losers walk home with empty hands. Satou gets flattened on his first try. Anyone with sense would slink off and buy instant noodles instead. He goes back for more, and that is where Sen Yarizui comes in, an upperclassman known around the aisles as the Snow Witch. She drags him and his classmate Hana Oshiroi, a girl who genuinely enjoys watching the beatdowns, into a little club of hers. Her goal: turn these two into Wolves, not Dogs. So now he trains, brawls, and studies the fine art of grabbing dinner before someone else does, all for a cheap meal he could technically just pay full price for. The question is whether a guy who got knocked out on day one can ever stand at the top of that frozen food aisle.
