Dennis gets kicked out of the Silver Wings, one of the strongest adventurer squads around, by the people he thought were his friends. Fine. He always wanted to cook anyway. So he leaves town with a simple plan: open his own little diner somewhere far away from all of them and finally put that level 99 cooking skill to work. On the road he runs into a girl named Atelier, held as a slave, and something about her noble bearing reminds him of his own past. He buys her freedom and hands her an apron. She becomes the waitress at his new place, and it does not take long before the tables start filling up with other outcasts, people with nowhere else to go and a lot on their minds. Dennis cannot help himself. A customer with a problem, and he is already reaching for a frying pan or a sword, whichever gets the job done. Word about the restaurant starts spreading through the whole city, but the more lost souls walk through that door, the more it looks like Dennis is building something much bigger than a business. What happens when the Silver Wings hear where he went?
