A kingdom summons four heroes to fight its battles. One of them, 27 year old Tsuyoshi Mukouda, was never supposed to be there at all. He has no magic, no sword arm, nothing. Just a skill called Online Supermarket, which lets him order groceries from Japan. The royal family takes one look and shows him the door. Good thing he can cook. Mukouda hits the road alone with his pasta and his sausages, frying up meals that nobody in this world has ever tasted. Then a legendary wolf named Fel catches the smell. The beast could tear him apart. Instead he demands a contract, becomes Mukouda's familiar, and refuses to leave until dinner is served. So the failed hero and the giant wolf who eats like a king wander the land, taking jobs as adventurer and merchant, one hot meal at a time. Now Mukouda can buy anything from a Japanese store. What happens when a monster even Fel can't scare shows up hungry?
