Junichirou Kagami once had his physics research published in Nature. Now he spends his days blogging about anime. He blames it on a condition he calls YD, which means he can only do what he actually wants to do, and what he wants is another episode, another post, another nap. His sister Suzune has had enough of the freeloading and drags him into a high school classroom to teach physics. Then something strange happens. Standing in front of a room full of bored teenagers, Junichirou finds he doesn't hate it. He ignores the textbook entirely. When he notices one of his students getting bullied, he steps in, and the class starts to actually listen to him. His lessons have nothing to do with formulas and everything to do with how to stand up for yourself and how to find people worth keeping around. The former genius who threw away his career is now the strangest teacher in school, and the students keep coming back for more. So which life does he really want? The quiet blog and the science he abandoned, or the noisy classroom that somehow pulled him out of his room?
