Rumina and Ginnosuke are just two regular high school freshmen wandering the streets of Tokyo. Nothing special about them. Then they run into Chelsea, a girl who can bend gravity with her mind, and Ruri, the Miko of Life. That is the moment everything they thought they knew about their city turns inside out. Beneath Tokyo's streets lies the Underground, a whole hidden world with its own rules. Down there, certain people control fire, water, lightning, magnetism, ice. Elemental Users, they are called. Chelsea and Ruri come from that world, and they did not surface by accident. Someone is after them. Rumina and Ginnosuke get pulled straight into the chase, down into tunnels and caverns where ordinary kids from the surface do not belong. Two boys with no powers at all, standing between two worlds that are about to collide. What exactly are Chelsea and Ruri running from, and how far will Rumina and Ginnosuke go to keep them safe?
