Shinzo
A virus nearly wiped out every last human, so the survivors built a new race to keep the planet alive. The Enterrans. Except the creations turned on their makers, and the war ended with the humans gone, the robots smashed, and Earth renamed Enterra. One scientist got his daughter into a sleep chamber before everything fell apart. Centuries pass. Yakumo wakes up in a world that has no place for her, and the first stranger she meets is an Enterran named Mashura, who promises to help her find the human sanctuary called Shinzo. Seems simple enough, right? It isn't. Mashura isn't alone. Two more Enterrans, Sago and Kutal, throw in with her, and this odd little group starts hunting for a place that might not even exist, plus the memories Yakumo can't seem to hold onto. The real problem is everyone else. Plenty of Enterrans remember exactly what humans did to them, and they will burn, lie and kill to make sure the old breed never comes back. Four travelers, one half-remembered map, and a whole world that wants them dead. How do you rebuild a species when the only one left can't even remember where home is?
