RPG Real Estate
Kotone just finished magic school and rides into the royal capital of Actus with one plan: find herself an apartment. She is sixteen. Fifteen years of peace since the demon lord fell means the city is booming, and the real estate office she walks into, Rent Plan Guide, has a help wanted sign practically waiting for her. So instead of signing a lease, she signs on as staff. Her new coworkers are a priest named Rufuria who handles the numbers, a warrior named Rakira who does not fit in a dress, and Fa, a tiny demihuman who is impossible to say no to. The job turns out to be stranger than any dungeon. A wizard wants a tower with no stairs. Somebody else needs a basement that stays cold. Every client arrives with a wish that makes no sense on paper, and the four of them have to figure out which roof, which neighborhood, which door actually fits. Some days it works out. Some days they are still knocking on doors after dark. Can a fresh graduate who came here looking for a home of her own really find one for everybody else?
