Tsukune Aono flunked every entrance exam he took. His parents, desperate to put him somewhere, shipped him off to a boarding school in the middle of nowhere. Nice dorms, decent classes, literature and gym and math like any other place. One problem: every student there is a monster, and the second a human sets foot on campus, the rulebook says kill him. He finds that out too late. What keeps him from bolting is Moka, the prettiest girl around, who smiles at him like he matters and utterly wrecks his common sense. Then he learns what she really is. Pop the rosary off her chest and the sweet schoolgirl disappears, replaced by a vampire who could tear the whole building apart. Now Tsukune is stuck hiding what he is among classmates who'd love an excuse to eat him, dodging one jealous monster after another, all for a girl whose other half might be the deadliest thing on campus.
