A giant boar twisted by hate storms a mountain village, and the chief's son Ashitaka kills it to save everyone. But the dying beast leaves more than a corpse: its curse crawls into his arm and starts eating him alive. Exiled to find a cure or die trying, he rides west. Then he reaches Iron Town, and nothing is simple anymore. Lady Eboshi's furnaces roar day and night, and the forest pays for every ton of iron. Facing her are the wolf gods, the Great Forest Spirit, and San, a human girl raised by wolves who would rather die than watch the trees fall. Ashitaka stands in the middle of all of it, and his cursed arm gives him strength no person should have. He wants a way out without blood. The two sides want each other dead. Can anyone stop this before the whole mountain burns?
