After 820 years of sleep, Cadis Etrama di Raizel opens his eyes in modern South Korea. He is a noble, one of the immortal beings people once worshipped as gods, and his first thought is finding the servant who stayed loyal through the centuries. That servant, Frankenstein, now runs a high school. So Rai does the only logical thing: he enrolls as a student. Uniform, classroom, vending machines. A being of unfathomable power trying to figure out how a water dispenser works. Then strangers start poking around the school. They call themselves the Organization and they are hunting for a coffin. The same students Rai has been quietly getting to know, the ones who dragged him into their club and their jokes, are suddenly caught in the middle of something very old and very dangerous. Rai's duty is clear, but stepping in means showing these kids exactly what he is. How long can a god keep playing at being a normal teenager before the people he cares about learn the truth?
