Seven years after the One Year War ends, the Earth Federation builds an elite squad called the Titans to crush any colony that still sides with Zeon. The Titans get drunk on their own power fast. They stop answering to anyone, and the people of the colonies start to notice there is no real difference between them and the enemy they were meant to hunt. That is how the AEUG is born, a mix of former Zeon soldiers and Federation troops who have had enough. On Green Noa, a colony that hosts a Titan base, seventeen year old Kamille Bidan has a run in with a Titan officer and ends up striking him. Bad timing. The same day, an AEUG raid hits the base, led by a pilot named Quattro Bajeena, who is Char Aznable under a new name and a new mask. In the middle of the chaos Kamille climbs into a prototype Gundam, the Mark II, and steals it. Now the Titans want him dead, the AEUG does not fully trust him, and the war he grew up hearing about is suddenly his own. What do you do when the people protecting you are worse than the ones you were told to fear?
