DramaRomanceSports2019OLMRating 7,213+HD

Meisei Academy used to be a baseball school. Twenty six years ago, a legend named Tatsuya Uesugi made the whole country know the name. Now the field is quiet, the trophies gather dust, and nobody expects anything from the team at all. Two stepbrothers, Souichirou and Touma Tachibana, are second years in middle school. Souichirou catches and hits like he was born with a glove on. Touma can throw a ball that makes batters look silly, but he refuses to stand on the mound. No explanation. Just no. Then high school starts, and the two of them decide to form a battery and drag Meisei back to the national tournament. Easier said than done. The coaches want money under the table. Teammates fight each other more than they fight rival schools. Half the roster cannot be bothered to show up to practice. A catcher with a hot bat and a pitcher who will not pitch walk into this mess anyway. Can they really take Meisei to Koshien when the school itself seems to have given up?
