Chinami and her friends have a plan. They put together an organization called OZ, and with money from the Kujo Group behind them, they want to do something simple: help people with Type-E abilities find a normal place in the world. No cages, no experiments. Then the Foundation shows up. Same powers, very different idea. They want to catch Type-E users and keep them, and nobody outside the Foundation knows what for. So now OZ is not just handing out friendly advice anymore. They are standing between the Foundation and every kid who can do something strange, and the Foundation has resources, reach, and no problem playing dirty. At school it looks like business as usual. After class it is anything but. Can a handful of students and one rich backer really keep the Foundation from taking everyone they want?
