Miss Kuroitsu from the Monster Development Department

Kaijin Kaihatsu-bu no Kuroitsu-san · 怪人開発部の黒井津さん
ComedyFantasy2022QuadRating 6,713+HD

Agastia runs a theme park. Families buy tickets, kids ride the rides, and nobody asks too many questions about the people in lab coats. That is the point. Underneath the roller coasters sits an evil organization chasing world domination, and it is currently winning. Touka Kuroitsu works in the Monster Development Department. She pitches designs, writes proposals at a moment's notice, and walks her creations out to their scheduled beatdown by whatever hero shows up that week. Her boss keeps dumping his workload on her desk. Deadlines keep moving closer. Does anyone care whether the monster wins? Not really. What Kuroitsu cares about is a promotion.
