Two weeks after Ragyo Kiryuin goes down, Honnouji Academy is finally quiet. Satsuki has decided to shut the whole place down, since it has outlived its purpose, and the graduation ceremony is meant to be the last thing on the schedule. Student council members are picking futures, saying goodbye to who they used to be. Satsuki herself just stands there, stuck: she won the war, so why can't she figure out what comes next? Then the ceremony gets crashed. Figures identical to the student council appear out of nowhere, and they are not here to hand out diplomas. Ryuuko and the Elite Four suit up again, expecting a quick fight, only to learn that someone has been lurking behind Ragyo and Nui this entire time. Someone with a grudge, and a very specific plan for revenge. One 9-minute bonus episode has Aikuro Mikisugi narrating the whole series back at you, which is exactly as ridiculous as it sounds. So who is pulling the strings this time, and how do you graduate from an academy that refuses to stay dead?
