In Kashinokidai, humans and other beings share the same streets, and Luna Ishikawa turns every head on her first day. Cool, distant, mysterious. The whole class wants her attention, and Tatsuta Ootori, a perfectly ordinary guy, figures she lives on another planet. Then they get stuck together on classroom cleaning duty. Just the two of them, a bucket, and the silence. That silence breaks fast. Luna, the vampire everyone fears and admires, cannot suck blood properly. She stuffs herself with snacks to hide it, and no amount ever does the job. Tatsuta blurts out an offer before he can stop himself: he will be her practice partner. What follows is trial, error, and a lot of bandages, plus a strange new warmth in days that used to be boring. So the school idol turns out to be clumsy, hungry, and nothing like her reputation. But a vampire who cannot bite is hiding more than an embarrassing weakness, and Tatsuta is about to find out how deep this goes. How long can he keep offering his arm before someone notices what is really happening?
